Simply make a cinnamon tea to get out if your bad breath, take one teaspoon of cinnamon and boil it with one clove in one cup of water, strain it and drink it daily once or twice a day.

4. SALT WATER

Salt water is the most effective method of keeping your oral cavity free of infections, it helps disinfect your teeth and gums gives you refreshing breath throughout the day.

5. Mixture of Coconut oil, Peppermint oil and Salt

Take 1 tsp of coconut oil, 1 tsp of peppermint oil and a pinch of salt in a one full glass of water.

Mix it properly, this acts as a good antimicrobial mouthwash and can be stored in a container.

Can be used 1-2 times in a day after brushing or in between meals
